Lim Chai Boon specializes in architectural design which covers a wide array of building typologies. Ranging from Commercial and Institutional to Mixed-use residential and hospitality, his completed projects may be found throughout many cities and countries in Asia. Singapore, China, Malaysia, India, and Indonesia continue to be core regions of his work.

Chai Boon has been responsible for large number of upfront feasibility real-estate development projects for clients, value adding to the investment considerations of the developers with his insights into the market and strong design led solutions.

As a Group Director, he is responsible for the co-ordination and design development of project deliveries in Singapore and China, as well as Vietnam and Malaysia.

As Business Development and Coordination Director, Eugene Wong is responsible for the Design, Management and Marketing of the company in Singapore and Malaysia. He has contributed to the company by influencing the policy development, design process and marketing strategy of the company.

Eugene has accumulated a vast amount of experience spanning from Australia to South East Asia in his 25 years of post-graduate work activities, particularly in Architecture and Construction. His past involvement in various projects encompasses award winning and notable public buildings such as hotels, educational institution and commercial buildings.

As a Director of Swan & Maclaren, Ms Chia plays a pivotal role in shaping and materializing the vision of the firm and projects. Her strength in leading the design team for conceptual and design development is evident in projects carried out locally and overseas.

Her experience covers a range of project types of various scales, ranging from Masterplans to residential, mixed use and commercial developments. She is also actively involved in project co-ordination and project management for local projects.

Matthew Hon

Matthew Hon


Matthew Hon is registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and the Vietnam Ministry of Construction. Within the organization, he works closely with a team of architectural colleagues, technical production and graphic team on various projects of different densities and complexities. The architectural aspects of work range from feasibility studies, concept design to documentation, client liaison and proposals in Singapore and overseas developments such as in Vietnam, India, Brunei, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.

Matthew has experience in collaboration with the key project consultants (Interiors, Landscape, Engineering, QS) and beyond to work closely with the Marketing, Sales and even Media/Advertising to provide cross deliberation and inputs for a success project.

As part of the current firm’s growth, he is involved in both the technology and the resources planning of the firm set up to ensure a smooth delivery of quality projects, as well as Marketing and Business development aspects.

Christopher Flannery

Christopher Flannery


With almost 20 years experience designing projects in the UK and ASEAN region, Chris has worked with diverse client bases for retail, hospitality, and commercial projects. Completed and ongoing projects may be found in Thailand, Malaysia, China, Cambodia, Indonesia, and London.

A lead role is taken with the teams to define the goals and aspirations of each project. Team work defines the working method, assisting clients to achieve creative and comprehensive design solutions which inspire and add to our built environment.
