Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 30 May 2020 – Under the agreed MoU, Swan & Maclaren and SCA will strategically combine the expertise and best practices of both firms in delivering Singapore standards in design and construction excellence to the people of Cambodia. The implementation, from design to project completion, will be carried out with Singapore’s Codes of Practice in mind.

SCA’s presence in Cambodia, alongside Swan & Maclaren’s more than seven years of Cambodian project experiences, brings both firms’ complementary approaches and services in regional and international development, to Client’s focusing in the Cambodian market. The partnership, which is effective immediately, will allow both firms to gain greater foothold in Cambodia.

Swan & Maclaren Malaysia held their annual company retreat on 4th & 5th October 2019 at Melaka Straits Hotel.

The event gathered directors and designers from Singapore and Malaysia to discuss on the topic ‘how to be better together’.

Swan & Maclaren’s historic works were featured in the design talk, “The Contemporary Evolution”, held at Vanguard Campus.

Dr. Julian Davison, was an invited speaker for the panel discussion.
