Cascade Bangtao Beach is a luxury condominium resort along one of Phuket's most sought-after stretches of coastline. When Habitat Group commissioned the architectural design, the brief called for a development that would meet the expectations of an international buyer profile while responding to the specific opportunities of the site.

The design organises residences across a series of cascading terraces, maximising sea views while creating sheltered outdoor spaces suited to the tropical climate. Shared facilities — including pools, gardens, and dining pavilions — are positioned to take advantage of the coastal orientation.

The architectural language draws on regional precedents without resorting to pastiche. Natural materials, deep overhangs, and operable facades ensure the buildings perform well in Phuket's heat and humidity.
