Hospitality strategy and concept development
We help owners and operators turn a site and a brand into a viable, distinctive concept. This includes feasibility studies, key counts, F&B programming, and the positioning work that defines what kind of guest the project is for. Our strategy work bridges creative ambition and commercial discipline, giving investors and operators a shared view of what the property can be and what it will take to get there.
Architecture, interior, and landscape design
Hospitality is experienced as a continuous journey from arrival to departure, and we design that whole journey as one piece. Our architects, interior designers, and landscape designers collaborate so that the lobby, the room, the garden, the spa, and the rooftop bar all feel like chapters of the same story. We pay particular attention to the moments where guests pause, photograph, eat, and sleep, because those are the memories they carry home.
Branding and lighting design
Atmosphere is the heart of a hospitality experience, and lighting and branding are how it is built. C&S and MEP engineering
Behind every great hospitality experience is a building that runs reliably and efficiently around the clock. Our C&S engineers design structures that accommodate the long spans, double-height volumes, and complex back-of-house circulation that hospitality demands, while our MEP engineers deliver guest-room comfort, kitchen and laundry capacity, and sustainability targets without intruding on the experience. We also engineer for resilience, because in hospitality, downtime is reputational risk.
Project management
Hospitality projects involve owners, operators, brand teams, and a long list of specialist consultants, and our project managers hold all of them to a single schedule. We coordinate FF&E, OS&E, and operator mobilisation alongside the construction programme so that the property is ready to welcome guests on the planned opening date. Our work continues through commissioning and opening, because the difference between a soft opening and a smooth one is in the planning that precedes both.
