Our focus was on the common spaces that shape day-to-day experience — the lobbies, corridors, lift landings, and shared facilities. The lighting was designed to feel natural and intuitive: warm where warmth was needed, functional where clarity mattered, and restrained throughout.

Achieving BCA Green Mark Gold certification meant working within strict energy limits without compromising the visual quality of the development. The lighting design relied on careful luminaire selection, sensible control strategies, and close coordination with the architectural finishes to make every watt count.
